What We Do
Ultimate Ability is a strength, performance and exercise coaching service focused on building real, usable strength that carries over into sport and everyday life. We work with lifters, athletes, neurodiverse youth, and everyday individuals who want more than generic gym programs. Every client is coached with a clear plan, structured progression, and a focus on long-term results.

As both a coach and competitor, he brings a high level of technical understanding to his programming, with a focus on progression, movement quality, and long term results, delivering coaching that is practical, direct, and built to carry over into sport and everyday life.
Leigh is a senior strength coach with over 13 years of experience delivering results driven coaching. A two time Trainer of the Year award winner and former contracted rugby player, he brings high performance experience into his coaching, focusing on strength, movement, and long term progression.
